back from the land of the ice and snow.
in other words: from the north.
it was neither icy nor snowy.
in other words: the weather was sweet, as was the company.
i ate some moosetracks ice cream, and let me tell you: it was GOOD.
i also saw a canoe hoisted to the ceiling of a garage by means of a complex pulley system. it was, i think, unlike anything i've ever seen before in a residential car-storage facility.
finally: i read/listened to some short stories by john updike. for the most part, they were interesting. they were also rather pleasing, stylistically speaking. one of especial intrigue was called 'dear alexandros'.
and with that, i leave you for the pleasantries of slumber.
